Come and join Chef Thuy Nguyen for a fun hand’s-on cooking class starting with Macro bowl with cauliflower rice, quinoa pilaf and green hemp hearts, avocado vinaigrette; Vietnamese Buddha noodle bowl with steamed stuffed mushroom with toasted sesame seed, soy and ginger dressing; Japanese sushi bowl with brown rice and miso, carrot and ginger dressing; lastly for dessert mango silken tofu with ginger and maple flavour. All recipes are vegan, gluten free and dairy free
