- Mesclun salad with vegetables and our house vinaigrette ($3)

Main courses:
- Chicken breast with a mushroom sauce ($21)
- Chicken stuffed with asparagus and cheese with a white wine sauce ($23)
- Pork loin stuffed with sausages and a Port and apple sauce ($23)
- Pork tenderloin in a maple and mustard sauce ($21)
- Beef Bourguignon, beef cubes braised in a red wine sauce ($21)
- Beef carbonnade, beef cubes braised in a beer sauce ($21)
- Duck leg confit in a small berry sauce ($22)
- Veal blanquette, veal cubes braised in white wine creamy sauce ($22)
- Veal, stuffed with spinach and prosciutto with a goat cheese sauce ($23)
- Lamb shanks braised in red wine and rosemary sauce ($23)
- Seafood lasagna ($23)
-Meatballs and pork hocks ragout with meat pie (17$)

**The main course is served with a gratin dauphinois or potato wedges and maple glazed root vegetables.


Pies: pear tatin, coconut, sugar, maple syrup, beer, cream sugar
Cakes: chocolate zucchini with a berry sauce, maple golden bake pudding, carrot cake, pumpkin cake
Other: crème brûlée, fruit flan, chocolate cream (5$)
