Chef Thuy is excited to share various types of stir fries that are easy, delicious, bright, fresh, nutritious! Easy and better than take out!
We will divide students into groups of two. Bring your loved one along with you and spend a night out at Gourmet Academy. Your group of two will prepare 3 dishes and you will gain hands-on experience as well as cooking food with love. We also offer this course for vegetarian guests, please let us know ahead.
Here are the three stir-fry you will learn tonight:
Chinese Tasty Chicken/tofu Chow Mein with Vegetables
Korean stir fry Beef/Tofu with Bulgogi Flavor (we will use the beef stir fry to make a Korean Lettuce Wrap and a hand roll Kimbap (seaweed rice rolls)
Vietnamese Mixed Mushroom Stir Fry with Chicken/Tofu and Kaffir lime leaves
Perfect to serve with cooked coconut rice or rice noodle.
