I’m thrilled to share a variety of nutritious Indian dishes with you. By making these dishes from scratch, we’ll elevate them into gourmet meals. Let's start with beef kebabs,  Kheere Ke tukray (spicy cucumber wedges) and cilantro chutney. Move on to mughlai chicken with almonds and raisins, sweet and sour okra, spiced yellow rice with split red lentils( this is a favorite of mine with a few personal touches).    
Masala Chai (Spiced tea) is a must to have during the cold winter months and mini moong dal, sweet potato halva for dessert to satisfy the end of your meal.
