Vietnamese Delight Cuisine
Chef Thuy will need your help tonight to showcase the fresh flavors and unique character of her Vietnamese cuisine.
We’ll begin with a savory crispy bánh Tôm (sweet potato shrimp cake), and herbs, perfectly paired with a sweet and sour fish sauce. Move on to one of my favorites chicken salad with lots of fresh herbs such as coriander, rice patty , red perilla and more.
For the main course, we’ll prepare Bún Chả Hà Nội—grilled pork and grilled pork patties served with rice noodles, fresh herbs, sweet-and-sour pickles, and classic nước chấm dipping sauce.
Finally, for dessert, we’ll make steamed glutinous layers rice cake rolls filled with sweet potato, sweet mung beans and coconut.
