I have always loved to blend herbs, spices, and seasonings to enhance the flavor of delicious foods.  I wanted to provide this opportunity to you and your family to enjoy fresh, vibrant, and healthy food.  I love to cook and eat good food that make my lips and mouth sing with satisfaction. Let's make this protein rich, savory moong dal Pancakes with peas (Gujerati Poore) with tamarind chutney.  Next, we will move on to a South Indian chicken with roasted coriander rich in coconut curry sauce (Dakshini murgh). I like to serve this dish with mushroom Pullao; a fresh taste of yogurt with cucumber and mint flavor.   
A fresh and sweet pineapple Kesari (pineapple Sheera) will be the perfect way to end our lovely evening.

Mixing up a seaweed salad is a fine way to compliment these rolls. The cold weather is coming, and we all want something hot to warm up the soul.  Let's make Toryo Ramen beef noodle soup to end the night!

You must try tonight these vibrant Thai dishes that are bursting with flavor. A Thai infused mixed mushroom salad will be a light fresh way to start our meal.
Pad Mee, Thai vermicelli noodle stir fry, is a robust simple dish packed with goods that can easily carry over to your lunch tomorrow.  
We will also experience a fragrant pineapple fish curry with lots of kaffir lime, lemongrass, and galangal. Oh la la this is just too good on the dinner table as autumn is quickly approaching. I like to serve this curry with banana leaves steamed with sweet rice and golden mung bean.  We will make a lemongrass and ginger tea to relax and end the night.
